Chatbots are still a novelty, but they have already become a part of our lives. Somewhere, you can find a sign of some artificial intelligence that can book a plane ticket, pave the route to the nearest communication salon or help to make an appointment with a doctor. And it already seems so everyday, ordinary. But business representatives look at chatbots with hope: they will help reduce the cost of consultants and a number of other specialties.

The damn revolt of the machines is really close. Let's see what these incorporated monsters can do.
What will help to cope with the chatbot

3. Sales. Favorite word of marketers. There are two ways of development. The first is primitive, for example, ordering food, tickets or taxis with chatbots. The second is more perfect, not yet promoted in Russia. This is when you get a reminder that you need to renew the subscription, or a special offer for the goods you bought earlier.



4. Increased young audience. The vast majority of those over 50, chatbots will seem to be something mysterious. But 16+ is not that coat. If you provide them with an interlocutor, assistant and pugolost in one person, they will become real lawyers of the brand. Therefore, if your target audience is a regulars of social networks without a school certificate, we recommend thinking about creating at least a simple chatbot.
